We have engineered a new embosser which can make decoration in ever lasting quality on aluminum foil and feed foil smoothly.

Main Features:
1. Aluminium foil embosser is build with solid steel structure with high feeding foil precision.
2. It is equipped with electronic control brake system to create tension of foil, so it can work continuously for long time.
3. The aluminium roll is supported by an expansion shaft which is inserted into the core. It is easy to load and unwind the coil progressively.
4. There is an auto-lubricator on the feeder, which can lubricate aluminium foil automatically.
5. According to your samples、blueprints or constructions, we can design and manufacture delicate decoration as a distinctive sign of your company, so as to meet your specific needs.
6. The normal width of embossing roll is 500mm, and the Max. can be 1000mm, so it is suitable to embosses all kinds of container of different dimension.
7. The foil feeder provides the supply of right quantity and length of aluminium foil,and it is controlled by computer, which assure a high-precision step.
